Skylar McCallister
Hi, I'm Skyler! I am super excited to work with you! While I haven't been in the counseling world long, this has aways been my dream job and I'm so excited to give back to the community and be a support system for those who need one. I have lived in West Virginia all my life and graduated with my Masters of Social Work in 2023 from Concord University. I hope to be a positive influence and create a space for clients that feels both safe and brave in order to explore and cope with all of life's struggles.
I enjoy working with folks of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, and backgrounds, (but I'm very partial towards my kids and teens!) Any walk of life is welcome with me. I currently take a generalist approach and allow clients to guide their treatment, but am also working to certify in Brainspotting, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Play Therapy Techniques.
When I'm not at work, I enjoy watching movies, crafting, and spending time with my cat! I recognize that opening up is scary, and building trust is harder. My hope is to be that presence to help guide you through your struggles and come out stronger on the other side. If this sounds appealing to you, reach out to our office today!
Ashley Bivens
Hey there! My name is Ashley! I’m a Mental Health Counselor passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s ups and downs. With a background in psychology and years of experience, I love creating a safe space where clients can share their thoughts and feelings without judgment. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, or a challenging path in life, I’m here to listen and offer support. I enjoy seeing children as well as adults.
Before moving to West Virginia seven years ago from Kentucky, I graduated with a bachelors in Psychology and facilitated inpatient substance abuse groups and then went on to work with children who had severe emotional disabilities.
I then graduated with a master of Social Work from Kent School of Social Work at the University of Louisville, with a concentration in mental health. I’ve enjoyed beginning my journey as a counselor here in West Virginia, and look forward to the new faces I will meet going forward.
I believe in the power of connection and understanding, and I’m committed to empowering others on their mental health journey. Let’s work together to find your path to wellness!
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and playing video games! Let’s get started on your journey! Give the office a call today and ask to book an appointment with me at our Princeton location!

Jessica Fleming
Hi, my name is Jessica Fleming. I live in Beckley, WV, with my husband, four kids, three grandsons, and two energetic dogs.
I've dedicated over 20 years to working with children, currently serving as an Outpatient Children's Therapist. I'm deeply passionate about helping children overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, and other adversities they may have faced. I am trained in both the Strengthening Families and the Nurturing Parenting programs.
Prior to my current role, I worked in the Children's Mobile Crisis department and Family Coordination, supporting families through complex challenges. Originally from Australia, I've lived in the U.S. since 2006.
As a family, we love the outdoors and spend our time fishing, camping, swimming, and hunting. Personally, I enjoy traveling, gardening, and cooking, which help me stay grounded and balanced.
I am excited to join the Myers & Associates team and for the opportunity to serve our community. Mental health awareness is where help begins, and I look forward to being a part of that journey, helping children and families find the support they need to thrive.
